What does the product quotation include?

Quotations typically include standard configurations such as the main structure, walls, roof, flooring, doors and windows, basic electrical circuits, switches and outlets, and lighting fixtures. Certain products exclude optional items like interior finishing, air conditioning, and bathroom fixtures. We will provide an optional features list for customer selection, with the final configuration and quotation subject to mutual confirmation.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Regarding the minimum order quantity (MOQ) you inquired about, we support both small-batch trial orders and large-scale purchases, offering flexible solutions to meet the needs of sample testing, small projects, and large-scale engineering projects.

The MOQs for different products, along with packing options, are as follows:

·20ft Expandable container house: 2 units per 40HQ container

·40ft Expandable container house: 1 unit per 40HQ container

·Foldable container house(Z type): 10 units per 40HQ container

We select the most suitable packaging method based on product structure. Foldable and modular products can significantly reduce shipping space requirements. We provide packing solutions to help customers minimize logistics costs.

Our prefabricated houses utilize premium materials such as professional insulation wool, fire-resistant panels, and waterproof membranes. They deliver excellent thermal insulation, heat resistance, soundproofing, fire resistance, and waterproofing performance. These structures comply with international standards and are suitable for diverse climatic conditions.

Production Cycle & Delivery Time

For standard prefabricated housing models, the typical production cycle for routine orders is approximately 7–15 business days. Customized products require a production cycle of about 15–30 business days, depending on design complexity and configuration requirements. Delivery time is subject to mutual agreement upon order confirmation.

Customization Available

Full customization is available. This includes door and window placement, interior layout, exterior wall color, logo branding, insulation thickness, interior design style, bathroom fixtures, electrical circuits, and more—all can be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
